1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PTS-LA LLC ("PTS-LA," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

PTS-LA provides elite chauffeur and VIP transportation services in Los Angeles and throughout California. Our services include, but are not limited to, VIP airport transfers, executive event transportation, and event shuttle services. All services are subject to vehicle availability and scheduling.

3. Booking and Reservations

• Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website contact form.
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive written or verbal confirmation from PTS-LA.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, passenger count, and any relevant flight information.
• PTS-LA reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is provided on a per-ride or per-event basis and will be communicated before confirmation.
• Additional charges may apply for wait time, route changes, tolls, parking fees, or services beyond the original scope.
• Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

5. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund or no charge.
• 12–24 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price may apply.
• Less than 12 hours before pickup: The full quoted price may be charged.
• No-show: The full quoted price will be charged.

PTS-LA reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, road closures, vehicle issues). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.

6. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during transit.
• Smoking, vaping, and consumption of illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their ride.
• PTS-LA reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if passenger conduct poses a safety risk.

7. Liability

• PTS-LA carries appropriate commercial insurance for all vehicles and operations.
• PTS-LA is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, construction, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• PTS-LA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in our vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return them.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTS-LA's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PTS-LA LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the PTS-LA website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of PTS-LA LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Website Use

• You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
• You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
